Three Wishes for You for 2024

The new year is the time when everybody—and I mean everybody—comes up with a list. Whether it’s a top ten ‘best of’ or a list of predictions, there’s a list for every purpose unto heaven.

So of course, I’m making a list. But it’s not for me.

It’s for you, our readers.

And it’s short.

There are only three items on it.

Health

I wish you all a year—and more—of great health. People always say if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.

Trust me. They’re right.

So I hope that 2024 is a year where you are absolutely brimming with vibrant, good health.

Love

I’m not going to suggest we all sign up for Tindr or rush out to the nearest singles bar (Do they still have singles bars?)

Love comes in lots of varieties.

Friends. Relatives. Co-Workers. Kids.

And yes, the romantic kind.

But love in whatever form only comes when you’re open to it, so open up and let all the love in the world pour in.

Whatever kind of love comes your way, I guarantee you’ll be richer for it.

A Best Selling Book

Okay, so MissDemeanors is a blog for writers and readers of mystery, thriller, and suspense books.

If you’re someone who is writing or has written a book, first of all, congratulations.

I am sending my wish that it will meet and exceed your sales expectations.

If you’re a reader of these books, I hope you find one (several, actually) that you love.

And Happy New Year.

These are my 2024 wishes for you. May these and all your other wishes come true.

  1. Sharon–I will take those good wishes. On the health front, I’ve ordered a walking pad to up my daily steps.
I send the wishes back to you and to our readers. Health, love, and a fabulous new book!

  2. Great wishes, Sharon! The same to you! Lately, I’ve also been wishing everyone adventure, because fun is a nice part of the mix. So, lots of fun and adventure to you and all our readers 🙂

    1. Adventure is also a very good wish. Whenever Jack and I get too lazy or complacent, I say “let’s have an adventure today.” It could be as simple as trying a new restaurant or taking a walk in a new area. One day we bought e-bikes. Not a great adventure for me because I kept falling over. And one day, long ago, we took scuba diving lessons. Other than marrying Jack in the first place, that was the greatest adventure we ever had.
